Nicole Ellison is a native of Cincinnati. Before joining the Metcut Corporation in 1997, she served in the United States Army as an Automated Logistical Supply Specialist for four years. She began her career working for Cincinnati Testing Labs as an Administrative Assistant for the Machine Shop. In 2003, she accepted a position as Accounting Clerk and began working for the parent company, Metcut Research. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati that year as well. In 2005, she was promoted to Corporate Human Resources Coordinator handling all facets of HR for both Metcut Research and CTL. She completed a Masters’ of Art degree in Labor and Employment Relations in 2008 also from the University of Cincinnati. Currently, she works as a Corporate Human Resources Manager. Her professional experience covers a spectrum of human resources management disciplines including employee relations, benefits administration, and employee education and development.
